Prescription Medications (TRT and GLP-1):
  • Medications: All prescriptions provided through our services are tailored to individual needs and are non-refundable once shipped or dispensed. This is in line with medical guidelines and regulations regarding the dispensation of controlled substances or prescription medications.
  • Medication Issues: If you experience any issues with your medication (e.g., damaged goods or incorrect items), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment. We will work to resolve the issue through a replacement or appropriate solution, as long as the issue is documented.
  • Adverse Reactions: If you experience an adverse reaction to a medication prescribed by our team, please notify us immediately. Refunds or adjustments may be considered depending on the severity of the reaction and the treatment plan agreed upon with your healthcare provider.
Ongoing Services and Memberships:
  • Subscription Plans: If you have signed up for a subscription plan for ongoing TRT or GLP-1 treatment, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refund will be issued for payments already made.
  • Unused Services: We do not offer refunds for services that have already been provided, including consultations, treatment plans, or medical advice, as these services are delivered based on the individual care plan and treatment protocol established.
Refund Eligibility:

Refunds will be processed in the following circumstances:

  • Errors on Our Part: If we make an error regarding your consultation or medication, such as sending the wrong prescription or medication, you may be eligible for a full refund or replacement.
  • Technical Issues: If there is a technical issue with our telemedicine platform preventing you from accessing your consultation, we will work with you to reschedule and, in some cases, provide a refund if the issue cannot be resolved in a timely manner.
